When a disk can’t be opened with software, you need a properly equipped room and hands that have been doing this for decades. We work with one of the best-equipped data recovery laboratories in Italy: clean room, mechanical workbench, tools for electronics and flash memory, and a track record that includes media others have already declared unrecoverable.

Read heads replaced in a clean room with carefully selected compatible parts: this is what separates a real laboratory from a repair shop.

Board repair, ROM transfer, direct access to the drive’s service mode to work around corrupted firmware.

Direct chip reading

On SSDs, USB sticks and memory cards the NAND chips are read directly and the data rebuilt from an emulated controller.

RAID without touching the originals

The array is rebuilt virtually from image copies of the disks: the original media are never modified.

It depends on the type of failure and the device: the timeframe is stated in the quote, after diagnosis, and agreed with you. For critical situations tell us straight away: we assess the priority together.

Yes: the device is tracked at every step, the laboratory works under a non-disclosure agreement and the data is returned on a new device, encrypted if you ask.

Don’t keep switching the disk back on, don’t use “do-it-yourself” recovery software, don’t open the device, don’t let anyone rebuild the RAID at random. Every attempt reduces the chances of recovery.

The recovery is carried out in a specialised laboratory with a clean room, operating since 1993, with which we work on an ongoing basis.
