Frequently asked questions

Almost always the licences include tools that were never activated (Intune, Defender, conditional access, labels). The project starts there: properly configuring what you have already paid for.

Not necessarily. Recent PCs can be managed with Intune as they are; end-of-life ones are gradually replaced with ready-to-use devices via Autopilot.

It sits in Microsoft data centres with geographic redundancy, but protection from human error, deletions and ransomware depends on permissions, policies and an independent backup: we configure those.
