Backup & Recovery: copies that actually restore, in minutes rather than days

A backup is only worth its last successful restore. We design local and off-site copies, immutable against ransomware, with written and tested recovery objectives.

No backup in place? Data recovery: free diagnosis for hard disks, SSDs, RAID and NAS.

What it includes

The components of the solution, which we adapt to each customer’s size and priorities

Server and virtual machine backup

Daily (or more frequent) copies of systems and data, with granular restore of files, folders, mailboxes or entire machines.

Microsoft 365 backup

Email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams on a backup independent of Microsoft: against deletions, errors and attacks.

Off-site and immutable copy

The 3-2-1 rule: three copies, two media, one off site. With immutable copies that ransomware cannot encrypt or delete.

Disaster recovery

How long can you be down (RTO) and how much data can you lose (RPO)? We define them together and build the plan to meet them.

Restore testing

Scheduled periodic tests, with reports: knowing it works before you need it.

Backup monitoring

Daily check of job results and action on errors, before a missed backup becomes a problem.

How we deliver it

Four steps, always the same: so you know what to expect

  1. 1

    Analysis

Which data and systems are critical, where they are, how much they change each day.

  2. 2

    Design

Backup architecture, retention, off-site/immutable copies, disaster recovery plan.

  3. 3

    Implementation

Installation, first full copies, verification of real restore times.

  4. 4

    Testing and review

Periodic restore tests and annual review of the plan as the business changes.

When you need it

  • Companies whose backups were set up years ago and never tested
  • Those who only have local copies, in the same building as the servers
  • Those who think Microsoft 365 already backs up their data

Frequently asked questions

Microsoft guarantees the service, not your content: a file deleted or encrypted by ransomware is lost once the retention period has passed. That is why an independent backup is needed.

We set it in the plan: typically partial tests monthly and a full test at least once a year, with a report of the times achieved.

It depends on the chosen RTO and the budget: from a few hours with replicas ready to take over, to one or two days with a restore from off-site copies. The important thing is to decide beforehand, not to find out afterwards.
